Bravo Pharmacy is an independent, community pharmacy looking to add a new Community Liaison to the team! We take pride in our customer service and are looking for a team member who is ready to learn! Our rapidly growing healthcare organization specializes in several therapeutic areas. We partner with physicians to improve patients’ quality of life by providing safe, effective and customized healthcare solutions.

Bravo Pharmacy is a retail pharmacy with the additional benefit of a compounding service, allowing for a greater range of therapeutic options. We are also excited to have our compliance packaging system, the BravoPak. Our innovative BravoPak is designed to simplify medication management for patients, ensuring they stay on track with their prescribed therapy (www.MyBravoRx.com/pages/BravoPak). Our dedicated team has decades of experience in the field and is hoping to find the right addition to teach and continuously support.

JOB SUMMARY:

In this Community Liaison role, you will work to strategically pursue opportunities and represent our cutting-edge services while providing excellent customer service in an untapped market.

We are seeking self-motivated, driven, enthusiastic candidates with exceptions interpersonal skills, eagerness to work as a team player, a self starter and an out of the box thinker. Candidates must possess the ability to institute traditional and creative approaches to build and maintain relationships, enhance overall performance and collaboratively solve problems.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • 90% of time will be spent in the field, traveling Massachusetts including Springfield and territories to the east, especially in the area surrounding Boston
  • Secure meetings and appointments between potential and existing offices and our on staff Clinical Pharmacist
  • Be the “face” of Bravo Pharmacy while learning the business
  • Willing and able to learn new therapies and approaches
  • Provide exceptional customer service, available as main point of contact for all prospects and leads
  • Become proficient in selling our innovative products and approach

 ABILITIES & CRITICAL SKILLS:

  • Ability to travel across Massachusetts with your own transportation
  • Excellent verbal communication  and writing skills
  • Enjoyment of collaborative working relationships and a desire to participate in effective communication
  • High quality customer service skills including assessment and evaluation of customer satisfaction
  • Able to acquire and understand pertinent pharmacology science knowledge and communicate it
  • Social perceptiveness and active listening - be aware of other’s reactions and giving full attention to what others are saying, taking time to understand the points being made and ability to effectively contribute to the conversation
  • Persistence and perseverance in the face of obstacles or undesired outcomes
  • Establish and maintain personally challenging achievement goals and exerting effort toward mastering tasks

 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • This is a full-time, entry level position with a competitive salary that can grow as you do
  • Paid holidays and vacation time are available once the probationary period has been successfully completed
  • Medical and additional benefits are also available beyond the probationary period
